Who will I actually be talking to?
The people doing the work. NoloWeb is a small team — no account layers, no ticket queue. The person who answers your email is the person who will design and build your site.
Do you work in Korean?
네, 물론입니다. We work in English, Korean or both — many of our client sites are fully bilingual, and so is our process.
Do you only work with Calgary businesses?
Calgary is home, but we work with businesses across Canada — and the process works fine remotely wherever you are.
My current site needs help. Do I have to rebuild?
Not necessarily. Send us the link — sometimes a focused round of fixes and a care plan is enough, and we’ll tell you honestly if it is.
